ElliottricBand @ Bangkok Jazz

Patrons of Bangkok Jazz were treated to a life performance by Malaysia's very talented drummer, Elliott Koon, and his 3-piece band, ElliottricBand.

Those who missed Elliott's performance can catch Elliott drumming for Juwita Suwito at Bangkok Jazz on 11 & 12 July 2008!

What can I say...it was a lovely morning. We roamed the hotel grounds, did all sorts of poses (from serious ones to fun-cool shots), didn't mind the wet grass, met with friendly and courteous hotel staff, and had a great time! =) Even the weather held up until the final 'click' of the camera before first drop of rain fell =)

Philips LED Lighting

It is amazing what I get to learn during my photography asignments.

I just photographed the launch of Philips LED lighting system. Check out the photographs to see their illumination effects. These LED lights are also energy-saving and do not heat up. So you won't get burnt touching it. Cool eh?

The evening ended with the host entertaining the guests with...would you believe....Jenga, a puzzle piece and Lego!! It was great fun! Most interesting and innovative games for a corporate event that I have seen so far. Thumbs up for the event organiser! =)

Unique Pieces

I was recently a 'chi mui' (bride's entourage) for a close friend's wedding and we were all given a 'chi mui' gift. It was a necklace with a lovely pendant =) I'm not sure if this is a common thing to do, but I think it's a swell idea =)
